I must be notified immediately regarding work damaged in shipping, so that it may be reported to the carrier. Thankfully this does not usually happen, but just in case, Please email me images of the damaged piece, and keep all packing materials.
I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact me within five days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs to receive a refund of the amount paid for the item less shipping. The item must be shipped back in the original packaging and must be shipped via USPS Priority mail.
After a purchase is made, you will receive an email from USPS with a shipping tracking number. It usually takes 1-3 business days to package and ship an item. If you are in an extreme hurry, please let us know.
When applicable, I refund shipping overages to your credit card account if the cost is less than I've listed to your area.
All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. All items are shipped promptly through USPS Priority.
Shipping costs primarily cover only the cost of shipping, but may also include costs associated with packaging. Ceramics requires styrofoam peanuts, sturdy cardboard boxes and bubblewrap for safe travel. I do re-use clean materials to keep costs down for you and to keep my shipping as "green" as possible.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.
I am not currently set up to ship outside the US, but if you are interested in making a purchase, please contact me. I will give you an estimate. If you agree I will make a reserved listing for you with shipping adjusted for your country. Please be aware that the service is first class and can take 7-10 days or more.
